Is Laundry 24 open 24 hours?
Yes! Laundry 24 is fully self-serve and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Yes. Our washers and dryers accept card payments through the Speed Queen system. We also have an on-site ATM available 24/7 in the shared vestibule entrance facing the neighboring plaza.
How do I pay for the washers and dryers?
You can pay directly through the Speed Queen app or at the in-store payment system using your card. If you need assistance, our attendants are happy to help during staffed hours.
Why can’t I see my points in the Speed Queen app?
We understand this can be frustrating. We are actively working with Speed Queen corporate to improve the customer app experience. Please note that while we use Speed Queen equipment, we are independently owned and operated.
If you have concerns about rewards or points, feel free to speak with an attendant and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you offer dry cleaning services?
We do not offer dry cleaning. However, we highly recommend Parkview Dry Cleaners in downtown Watertown for professional dry-cleaning services.
Do you sell laundry bags?
Yes!
• Plastic laundry bags are available in our vending machines.
• We also sell reusable black cloth laundry bags in three sizes at the front counter.
Do you offer wash-and-fold services?
Yes! We offer three convenient hands-free options:
1. Monthly Wash & Fold Subscription (three size options available)
2. Pay-Per-Pound (No Commitment)
3. Pay-Per-Pound, No Folding (our most affordable drop-off option)

Can someone move my laundry from washer to dryer while I run errands?
We do not offer washer-to-dryer transfer-only service. However, our full-service wash-and-fold options are perfect if you need a completely hands-free experience. Ever hear of wash/dry/go service?!? We wash, we dry, we bag, you pick up! What a way to save time AND money.
What are your staffed hours?
Our typical staffed hours are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
Hours may be limited during major holidays. Please check with an attendant for updates.
